The methodology component of our House of Quality describes "how," together, we will achieve goals of total customer satisfaction, and continued business growth.

The second "floor" in our house-methodology-encompasses the processes and practices used to accomplish our strategic goal of total customer satisfaction. Through teams, clearly defined processes, performance measurement and personal accountability, we build upon the foundation to achieve our goal of customer satisfaction.

Teams and Teamwork
Littelfuse is made up of cross-functional teams that develop products, set direction for the company and manage the business. These teams include our suppliers in the partner and alliance categories. By integrating our suppliers into the design process, we increase efficiency, improve quality and increase our ability to meet or exceed customer needs.

Our Process
The process we follow to manage product development, both internally and externally, integrates our alliance partners from the start. We work together from the concept phase through production to ensure that our products meet our customers' requirements.
